Every person who accesses this Website (hereinafter “the User” or “the Users”) undertakes to comply with these provisions, as well as with all applicable regulations.

In such cases, the Owner cannot guarantee the availability of the Website, the use of which is carried out by the User at their own expense and risk, and without any liability being attributable to the Owner. In any case, and regardless of its cause, the Owner shall not assume liability for any kind of damage - direct or indirect -, consequential loss, and/or loss of profits.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
